These terms govern use of rxrcode.dev. Product-specific services, open-source software, and third-party destinations may be governed by additional terms or licenses.

You may use rxrcode.dev for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security controls, misuse forms or endpoints, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that harms RXR Code or others.

RXR Code aims to keep project descriptions and status information accurate, but development-stage information can change. Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute a guarantee that a feature, release, integration, or future product will become available.

3. Product-specific terms

Use of RXR Code products may be subject to additional terms presented on the relevant product or service. If product-specific terms conflict with these website terms for that product, the product-specific terms control.

4. Open-source software

Open-source projects are governed by the license included with the applicable repository or package. For example, RXR Shopify Fixtures is distributed under its published open-source license. The license, not these website terms, governs rights to use, modify, and distribute that software.

5. Intellectual property

Except for open-source materials and third-party marks, the website design, RXR Code branding, original text, graphics, and other site content are owned by RXR Code or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material.

6. Third-party services and marks

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. RXR Code does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or terms. RXR Code is independent from Shopify. Shopify and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.

7. No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rxrcode.dev is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RXR Code will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to the site or terms

RXR Code may change, suspend, or discontinue website content and may update these terms when the website or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies the current version.
